Great care has been taken to reduce the such incidence, however by the very nature of solid timbers the complete elimination is impossible. All our timbers are dried beyond acceptable moisture contents, however wood is a natural fibre and can never be 100% guaranteed against small amounts of movement. It is extremely rare that the structural integrity of our furniture will be compromised. We do however manufacture our products with a selected range of timbers which we find to be most stable, regardless of relative humidity and temperature changes. Extreme changes in climate conditions over the seasons can however impact the movement in timber, which is beyond our control
Solid wood furniture which has been treated with oil based finishes, may be cleaned and taken care of with similar based products.
Solid wood furniture with a lacquer based finishes, should be wiped down with a light damp cloth, with excess moisture to be removed with a dry cloth immediately.
Due to the nature of solid timbers, there may be variation in the grain, so when staining items may not be 100% the same.
Wood fillers are utilised in the manufacture of solid wood furniture and slight variances in the
finished product may occur

Sufficient ventilation is required to prolong the life of any wooden product. Furniture items held in storage without ventilation for a prolonged period of time, are susceptible to timber movement once exposed to ventilation and sudden changes in temperature and humidity, for which the manufacturer cannot be held responsible
It is recommended that furniture items be protected from direct sunlight throughout the day. Extreme heat may result in cracking and timber movement due to expansion and contraction in the timber.
Timber knots are a feature characteristic of solid wood, and variances in the finished product may occur. Timber knots excrete a resin, and although extra treatment of these knots is taken care of, discolouring due to bleeding knots may arise, and our manufacturing process cannot be held liable for natural tendencies of solid woods.
All our products carry a STRUCTURAL 12 month warranty from date of manufacture completion.Should there be any compromise on our quality in the event of a manufacturing default,we will gladly repair the item at no extra costs. If the item cannot be repaired, or the repair costs exceeds new manufacturing costs, either the defected components, or even the whole item will be replaced at no extra costs. Any damages or defects subject to negligence on the clients behalf, or in any of the events mentioned above that is not within structural warranty, will incur repair costs for which the client is liable. All transport costs subject to repairs that are are not within our warranty, will be at the clients cost
All our products are packaged carefully for transport from our factory to your home. We will not be held liable for damages incurred during transport.
Any issues related to any of our products, should be reported within 24hrs of receiving your purchase.
